  • Event Volunteer: Assist with band events, such as concerts, competitions, fundraisers, concessions, and chaperoning.
  • Fundraising: Help raise funds for the band.
  • Props and Pit Crew: Assist with equipment setup, transportation, or other technical needs.
  • Band Booster: Join the Band Booster organization and contribute to the overall success of the band program.

    • How to Volunteer

    Please make sure to complete the annual LEISD volunteer background check form. It takes a few short minutes and even less time to renew each year.

    Concession Sign Up

    Let's make 2024 an unforgettable year for the Little Elm Band Booster by hosting concession stands at all home football games!

    Your Help is Needed

    We're asking for volunteers to work two-hour shifts at our two concession stands: home and visitor. While students can assist, only adult volunteers can handle money. We need a balanced ratio of adults to students to ensure smooth operations.

    Your participation will directly support our band program and help us create a memorable experience for everyone. Let's show our school spirit and make this season a success!

    Join Us as a Chaperone (Games)

    We're seeking up to 12 dedicated chaperones to accompany our students on the bus to and from games and provide supervision in the stands.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Bus Travel: Ride the bus with students to and from the stadium.
  • Student Supervision: Monitor students in the stands and assist with restroom breaks.
  • Additional Support: Help with equipment setup, such as pit, props, and podiums.

    • Important Notes:

  • Feeding Assistance: If you can help feed the band members, please arrive at the high school by 4:00 PM.
  • Arrival Time: If you're unable to assist with feeding, please arrive by 5:20 PM.
  • Bus Travel: All chaperones must ride the bus to and from the stadium for both home and away games.

    Calling all enthusiastic parents! We need a team of 20 dedicated volunteers to help with props and equipment for both football games and marching competitions.
