Use this form to register a new or returning student for the Little Elm High School Band and color guard.

  • Welcome to the registration site for the Little Elm High School Band. Both Band and Color Guard members can register here for the 2020-2021 Little Elm High School Band program.

    Parents of new members, WELCOME. For those parents of returning members, we are so glad to have you back! This is an exciting year for the Lobo Marching Band! August and September, the band will be feverishly preparing for October when we compete at local Marching Competitions, the Area & Region UIL Marching Contest, and much more!

    In order to make the registration process quick and efficient, we have created an online process which will allow you to quickly provide us with critical information about your student, allow us to get the materials that they need ordered and allow you to pay for your students Band fees through Charms using PayPal account or a major credit card.

    New this year for ALL NEW and RETURNING Band & Color Guard Members is a New Band Uniform Package that will include a newly designed Band Shirt, Marching Show Shirt, Khaki Shorts and Otto Cap with PepWear. ALL NEW BAND & COLOR GUARD Members will also be able to order their Band Duffle Bag with PepWear too. Parents you will be able to order both of these items directly through PepWear. The items ordered will be delivered to the Little Elm High School and will be distributed by the Little Elm Band Booster Uniform Coordinator. (The purchase of these items will not be included in the registration payment plan)

    You will also have the opportunity to work out a payment plan for your Band & Color Guard registration mandatory band/color guard base fee and the cost for other mandatory Band & Color Guard items and equipment that will be needed for the 2020-2021 Marching Band Season.

    The Mandatory Base Marching Band Fee financially supports our Little Elm High School Band Program with the following items: (Not All Inclusive***)

    *** Please note that there may be additional expenses for banquet, social events, and unplanned activities or trips; including additional cost for Winter Guard, Jazz Ensemble and the Spring Band Trip.

    Every Band/Color Guard Member pays the Base Marching Band Fees. New Members need to order one of each of the items below. Returning members can add clothing items if needed. All Returning Members must order new gloves.

    The Little Elm Independent School District also has a mandatory fee for Band/Color Guard Equipment Usage and for Uniform & Tuxedo Cleaning. These fees must be paid directly and separately to LEISD and are not a part of the Registration Payment Plan.

  • Terms and Conditions

  • 1. ALL Fees must be paid in full by August - Final Band Registration Day.

    2. ALL Fees and items ordered are non-Refundable and non-Returnable.

    3. Payment Distributions are applied in this order: Outstanding Balances (Returning Students), Registration Fees, Marching Season Items Ordered, Concert Items Ordered

    4. All items will be ordered and distributed once they are all "PAID IN FULL"
    5. Make all payments payable to "LEBB" or "Little Elm Band Boosters"

    6. Payments may be made:

     a. In Charms using PayPal. (PayPal service fees apply)

     b. Or; Place Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check in payment envelope and place in the Block Box in the Band Hall Office. (No Cash)

     c. Or; Mail Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check to: Little Elm Band Boosters, P.O. Box 153, Little Elm, Texas 75068

    NOTE: Label payment to LEBB, student's name, and payment purpose.

    7. I Understand that other Optional fees (such as band Spring trip and private lessons) are not included in these fees. These other optional fees will be assessed at a later date if chosen to participate.
    8. I Understand that District LEISD Fees (like Instrument Rentals and uniforms are separate fees that will be assessed by LEISD if appropriate)

  • I/We do hereby agree to the terms set before us by the Little Elm Band Boosters and within this Band Registration Agreement and are in full understanding that my child's Charms account must follow the payment agreement as stated and pay in a timely manner in order for my student and I to remain in good standing order with the Little Elm Band Boosters. Failure to fulfill this payment agreement could result in my child being ineligible to participate in any and all events within the Little Elm High School Band Program.
